According to Mike Sando of the News Tribune, the Buffalo Bills met with Josh Scobey and Alex Bannister earlier this week. There were no details on any contract negotiations or plans for revisits.
Scobey is an excellent special teams and was the heart and soul of that unit in Seattle. Although he has little value as a running back, adding talent on special teams is always a plus. However, with the Bills likely carrying up to four or five running backs on the roster, it's unlikely that Scobey would have a spot.
Like Scobey, Bannister is better known for his special teams ability. He's listed as a wide receiver, with good side I might add, but has little value at that position.
