Tough Call #3 - Briggs or Willis

Once again, it would probably take the #12 to get Briggs here, so we may have the option of either. I can see the logic of bringing in a veteran like Briggs (especially since he may be a better fit for our scheme), but I'd have to go Willis.

I'll go with Willis MAINLY because of financial issues..

However if Willis was off the board I'd trade that pick for Briggs before taking Beason or POS in a second.

Willis He can play inside or SLB, weakside LB's are a dime a dozen in this scheme.

If you can take a 6th round pick and have him play decent (not great but not bad) why in the world would you invest a 1st rounder into it!

Briggs for our 1st rounder = Major Blunder! Not to mention the CAP!

Wills won't be available at twelve, but that being said i'd have to go with briggs better resume.

Briggs is too expensive and Willis will probably get picked before #12.

We'll probably wind up without a shot at either player.

I'd take Willis over Briggs right now. Briggs is going to cost way too much.

Willis at SLB definitely raises his stock, but I find it hard to compare Briggs and Ellison. I mean, you could throw a 12 year old girl out there. That doesn't mean its the most prudent decision in the world.
