Kiper knows whose out there as far as players available at each position but he is awful at projecting where players go and there are many times he goes with the popular pick instead of looking at the intangibles such as matching players that fit the system and he seems to be on the outside looking in on what is going on (I.e. upset with the Whitner pick even though a great safety is critical to the cover 2 defense and the fact if the Bills traded down Whitner would not be available).
Mayock knows what he is talking about and has more inside information and is not nearly as smug as Kiper.

Mayock can break down a players fundamentals while Kiper cares more about one strand of hair not being in the right place.
