Had to steal this from another board:

Patrick Willis-LB- Player Apr. 25 - 8:01 pm et

NFL Network's Adam Shefter says that Patrick Willis will be San Francisco's first-round pick if he's on the board at number 11.

Adrian Peterson-RB- Player Apr. 25 - 7:03 pm et

Adrian Peterson reportedly could need surgery after re-injuring his collarbone at the Fiesta Bowl.

He disclosed the injury at the NFL Scouting Combine, although it didn't slow him down during drills. A second team thought the re-injury was "minor" in the scheme of things. He still seems to be a surefire top ten pick.

here's more from the SI article: http://sportsillustrated.cnn.com/2007/writ...5/trades/1.html (http://sportsillustrated.cnn.com/2007/writers/don_banks/04/25/trades/1.html)

• No. 6 Washington is another top 10 team that's willing to move down, and the best thing the Redskins have going for them is that Peterson might still be available when their turn comes. The Bills at No. 12 are one potential trade partner for Washington. Buffalo needs Peterson as a replacement for starter Willis McGahee, who it traded to Buffalo.

The Bills have an extra third-round pick obtained in the McGahee deal, and an extra seventh-round selection that they picked up from Philadelphia in the Kelly Holcomb deal.

If the Falcons, however, don't end up making a deal with Detroit at No. 2 for the right to take Johnson, they too could be tempted to move up to No. 6 to take Peterson. The thinking in Atlanta is that Warrick Dunn would probably be a Falcon just one more season, and then Bobby Petrino's backfield could feature Peterson, with Jerious Norwood used in a Reggie Bush-type role -- either split out or lined up in the slot at times. Atlanta's wish list reads Johnson, Peterson, LSU safety LaRon Landry, Penn State offensive tackle Levi Brown and Arkansas defensive end Jamaal Anderson, in that order.

No. 7 Minnesota and No. 10 Houston are two other potential trading partners for the Redskins if they control Peterson's fate, but sources I talked to said the Vikings may not be convinced that Peterson is a good fit for their West Coast offense from a mental aptitude standpoint and won't move up the board in order to take the OU star.

Brady Quinn-QB- Player Apr. 25 - 7:00 pm et

SI.com's Don Banks says the Browns are "locked in" to Brady Quinn with the third pick of the draft.

He says the owner, GM, and coach are in agreement. And no one will remember if Banks was wrong when we find out for sure on Wednesday.

Calvin Johnson-WR- Player Apr. 25 - 6:56 pm et

SI.com's Don Banks reports that owner Arthur Blank has "pretty much ordered" GM Rich McKay to trade up for Calvin Johnson.

The Falcons have always made the most sense as a trading partner for Detroit because of their maverick owner, stockpile of draft picks, and local connection. Still, this is just another predraft rumor. It's just one that makes sense.

Washington to go with Landry (per Sirius NFL radio).

--------------------

Assuming all of these rumors are true, just for fun, what does that mean?

1. Oakland - Russel
2. Atlanta (from Detriot) - Johnson
3. Cleveland - Quinn
4. Tampa - Adams
5. Arizona - Thomas
6. Washington - Landry
7. Minnestoa - ??
Needs: WR, DE, CB, TE, C/G, QB, DT, RB, ILB
(Banks: "No. 7 Minnesota and No. 10 Houston are two other potential trading partners for the Redskins if they control Peterson's fate, but sources I talked to said the Vikings may not be convinced that Peterson is a good fit for their West Coast offense from a mental aptitude standpoint and won't move up the board in order to take the OU star".)
8. Detroit (from Atlanta) -
9. Miami -
10. Houston - ??
Needs: CB, WR, S, DT, OLB, DE, OT, RB
11. SF -

This is a compilation of cuts and pastes.

ATL moving up just may happen for CJ, thats good I think they are one of the most likely AP suitors
Quinn to Cle makes sense.
That drops AP to at least 6, we can get him if we have the balls.
Minn will draft AP if he drops that far

It really makes sense for Cleveland to take Brady Quinn. Quinn can learn from the sidelines this year. Next year is suppose to be a very good year for RB's so they could use Lewis this year and then draft a RB next year and have Quinn ready to take the helm at QB.

If this is true about Petersen's injury I am leary of him and would much rather draft Beason and trade for Turner for our 2nd.

Sf is bluffing hoping to trade down with Denver who really wants and needs Willis. SF will take the best DE available, IMO.
