I think the Bills get turner from the titans and they switch first round draft picks

I think the Bills are going to get Turner from the titans and they exchange 1st round draft picks (Bills give Titans the 12th and Titans give us their 19th). The titans will give up their 2nd round draft pick to SD to get Turner (which makes SD happy, instead of hoping for a 3rd) and we get to make just a little higher pick in the 1st round but get to keep all of our draft picks and get Turner. I think this is a fair scenario for both teams and allows them to both get what they want. Titans get a higher draft picks and we get Turner and get to keep all of our picks as well.

Come on clump, it's like the Titans basically giving up their 2nd rounder pick to SD to get Turner & then giving Turner to the bills to switch 1st round spots from their 19th to the Bills 12th spot. We get to keep all of our draft picks (even though we move up the board 7 spots) and get Turner.

With this theory, the Bills won't be moving to the end of the draft board in SD spot but to the 19th spot and didn't have to give up any draft picks. It also allows SD to get some value for Turner now, instead of nothing for next year and it allows SD to move up in the draft which is something they expressed they wanted to do.
