My wife is already not speaking to me in preparation for this coming weekend. I'm serious. Draft weekend is like going on a fishing trip

MY tradition continues of getting together with 4-5 of my draft buddies around 10am on Saturday, going to my buddie's house, and going through cases of beer and bottles of Crown-- watching the draft and playing a little hold em. In the meantime, I ***** about the majority of our picks (would you expect less?) while half of my friends never even heard of anyone other than the top 5-6 players. I get home around 3am after about 17 hours of drinking, probably waking up the kids as I fall over upon my entry back into the house.. very nice

That's followed up by several days after of me posting my "junior journalist" peices to a couple of different publications- and my endless time spent on Billszone getting nothing but love from the unbiased and compassionate BZ members.

By my math, she'll speak to me again by the middle of May.

Depending on the weather ill be golfing with my Sirius radio. No other way to spend draft days. I'll probally let go of my club in mid back swing when i hear we select a corner in first round.

I hope you're not planning on driving home in that condition. why not just stay at your buddies until you sleep it off instead of endangering the lives of other people.
