From Tony Grossi of the Cleveland Plain Dealer (http://www.cleveland.com/browns/plaindealer/index.ssf?/base/sports/1177662877314860.xml&coll=2):

Bill Rees, who as director of player personnel has been General Manager Phil Savage’s right-hand man since 2005, is being considered for a similar position with the Buffalo Bills. He would replace Tom Modrak, who will leave Buffalo after the draft. Rees and Bills coach Dick Jauron worked together with the Chicago Bears.

I didnt know Modrak was leaving, but I like the way Savage has done things in Cleveland and I think this guy could be a good addition.

nice.. (not sarcasm)

and for the next 3-4 years we can blame EVERYTHING on Modrak, just as we currently do with Donahoe. (half sarcasm)

Hmm, I still don't understand why Modrak is leaving. But I hope that the Bills VP of Pro Personnel John Guy is on the list out the door too.

I dont know how id feel about it just cause I dont know much about the guy. I dont know if Clevelands problms are from poor coaching, poor management or the fact that thier players collect staph infections.
