    Another DT off the market

ALAMEDA, Calif. (March 12, 2003) -- The Oakland Raiders have signed defensive tackle Dana Stubblefield, a three-time Pro Bowl player who was NFL Defensive Player of the Year in 1997 and NFL Defensive Rookie of the Year in 1993.

The 32-year old Stubblefield has played in 146 league contests in 10 pro seasons -- seven with the San Francisco 49ers and three with the Washington Redskins. His career totals include 331 tackles, 53½ sacks and two interceptions.

Stubblefield spent the past two seasons as a starter on the defensive line for the 49ers after re-signing with San Francisco as a free agent in 2001. The former University of Kansas star began his pro career with the 49ers as the team's first-round pick in 1993. He played for Washington from 1998-2000 after signing as an unrestricted free agent.

He did nothing last year. His age caught up with him. He was a great one.

He never did anything after he left S.F. the first time. He fell off faster than any player I've ever seen. He sucked in Washington.
Replace Donahoe with Modrak and fire the entire coaching staff!

      Then let's go to Disneyworld!
