All: The new Billszone site with the updated software is scheduled to be turned on Tuesday, May 21, 2024. The company that built it, Dynascale, estimates a FOUR HOUR shut down, from 8pm Pacific, (5pm Eastern) while they get it up and running. Nobody will be able to post in any forum until they are done. Afterwards, you may need to do a web search for the site, as old links will not work, because the site is getting a new IP address. Please be patient. If there are bugs, we will tackle them one at a time. Remember the goal is to be up and running with no glitches by camp. Doing this now assures us of that, because it gives us all summer to get our ducks in a row. Thank you!

13:07 PT: ESPNews reports the Arizona Cardinals have signed free agent QB Jeff Blake (Ravens) to a three-year deal.
PHOENIX (March 12, 2003 8:20 p.m. EST) - The Arizona Cardinals finally took some positive steps on the NFL's free-agent market by agreeing to terms with two of the more attractive players left - Super Bowl MVP Dexter Jackson and veteran quarterback Jeff Blake.
Blake, who played for Baltimore last season, will replace Jake Plummer, who left for Denver as a free agent. Jackson, who had two interceptions in Tampa Bay's Super Bowl victory, will be the new free safety.
Terms were not released.
"We're excited about our acquisitions today," said Rod Graves, the Cardinals' vice president for football operations. "We got some quality people and some good football players. We're not through yet."...more
