This is worth a bump.

This guy is physical on running plays, and runs routes and catches in traffic like a WR on passing plays. Great fit for this offense.

I know I'm in the minority here but he looks kinda slow to me. Although he outran some of the defenses in that clip, you have to remember those are not NFL defenses and some weren't even fast by college standards.

I think he'll be effective but nothing special. And I still say he won't make the pro bowl either. Hope I'm wrong but I just don't like this pick at #12.

I really like the pick I think he beats Mcgahee's yardage from last year easily. He reminds me of Thurman going out on deep routes and lining up as a reciever.

Don't forget that McGahee was slow too- the difference is that Lynch is a much better receiver out of the backfield and seems to care about more than just his friggin wallet (and hopefully less about implanting his seed in any ho in the general vicinity of the stadium).

Is Lynch the next LT? I seriously doubt it. Did we upgrade the RB position from last year? Well, any draft pick is a potential bust, but at this point I'd say there is a really good chance that we've upgraded.

Slow? The kid is 215 pounds and runs a 4.46 40... It's not the fastest in the league but with that weight its pretty punishing and it makes him harder to tackle. You will rarely see this guy get arm tackled.
