95% of the people posting today seem to be pretty pleased with what we've done so far. I've come to expect far more negativity around here.

Yes, I'd rather have gotten Willis in the 1st, but we couldn't and so I'm pretty pleased with what we've done so far. Wouldn't have really figured we'd be able to get both Lynch and Poz, so that's a plus... 2 major holes addressed so far.
