Having secured four new defensive starters last week in free agency, the Cincinnati Bengals suddenly turned to offense Wednesday, with ESPN.com learning the team has reached a contract agreement with four-year veteran tight end Reggie Kelly.
The former Mississippi State standout played his entire previous career with the Atlanta Falcons and was the club's second-round choice in 1999.
