How is this guy???

Overall: Schouman appeared in all 14 games in 2003 as a true freshman, and finished with 17 catches for 272 yards (16 average) and four touchdowns. In 2004 he started seven games, missing five contests because of a knee injury, and caught 15 balls for 284 yards (18.9 average) and two touchdowns. Schouman started 11 of 12 games in 2005 and recorded 17 catches for 177 yards (10.4 average) and one touchdown. As a senior in 2006 he was named first team All-WAC after playing in 12 of 13 games, with 10 starts, and catching 29 passes for 276 yards (12 average) and four touchdowns.
Schouman doesn't have much of a future at tight end because of his size and he needs to work on his consistency catching the ball. However, he has the athleticism, tenacity and smarts to develop into a decent fullback or H-Back if he can stay ...

Torn knee ligaments?? Should that be under weaknesses??

Strengths:
Runs good routes...Has decent hands...Solid ball skills and body control...Strong and stout...Does well as a blocker versus moving targets...Versatile and he could play multiple positions..Still improving and had his best season by far as a senior.

Weaknesses:
Is undersized and doesn't have the ideal height or bulk you look for...A marginal blocker at best...Not very tough or physical...Has some durability concerns...Won't do much after the catch...Stiff and isn't a fluid athlete...His upside may be limited.

Notes:
Also being looked at as a potential H-Back or fullback...Missed some time in 2004 with torn knee ligaments...Does everything well but nothing great...A better pass catcher than blocker at this point...Profiles as more of a backup at the next level.

He has the ability to become a better pass catcher than he showed on a consistent basis at Boise State. Yeah, he can block, but he's not going to bury anyone.
