Next year is Losmans option year. Insurance and you never know. Thinking ahead and getting terrific value.

Beck is at least 4 years older then most of his fellow draftees. When he does finally get a chance to start he'll probably be 28-29. Don't think it was a smart move for the Fins to draft him.

I suppose we needed him more than you guys needed Edwards IMO. Even at 28-29 he could give a solid 7-8 years at the helm

Probably so but when a talent like Edwards is sitting there at the end of round 3 you can't pass him up. I'm shocked that Beck was drafted ahead of Edwards. Heck I'm suprised Beck, Stanton, & Kolb were drafted ahead of him. You want a QB to be successful for 7-8 years at 28-29 years old? Now thats asking alot.

He may start even earlier than you think, plus Randy has a reputation of drafting a QB just about every draft.

I won't even list the QB's that played at a high level late into their 30's. I am not saying he will be a probowler or anything because I honestly don't know much about him but the analyst on both NFLN and ESPN had nothing but positive things to say about the pick
