Bucs signed TE Jerramy Stevens, formerly of the Seahawks.
Stevens, who was arrested for DUI and marijuana possession in March, won't be a lock to make the Bucs. But if he does he could cut seriously into third-year tight end Alex Smith's playing time. On his own, however, Stevens doesn't have a realistic chance for fantasy value.
