The Rangers were too physical for the Sabres- the Sabres didn't have the intensity to pick up their pace and match the physicality when they could. Our guys got knocked around like crazy.
They need to skate better and keep the pressure on if they're going to win this series.
Two side notes: Jagr is a shell of what he once was- he's all size and his goal was a "gimme".
Avery is so overrated. The only thing he does well is penalty kill. He'd be 4th line on the Sabres- maybe even a Peters clone who doesn't even dress every game.
