<A href="http://www.kffl.com/link/173">Jim Wyatt, of the Tennessean (http://www.kffl.com/link/136), reports the Tennessee Titans (http://www.kffl.com/team/36/nfl) have expressed some interest in free-agent WR Keyshawn Johnson (http://www.kffl.com/player/1836/nfl) (Panthers). "We are interested in Keyshawn, to what extent I can't tell you. We'll look at the tape and see where he is," head coach Jeff Fisher (http://www.kffl.com/player/1985/nfl) said. "This is a deal that it could happen and it may not happen, we just don't know."

"so much for that" what? If the Titans are interested, it's a done deal?

Personally I don't think he's a good fit in Buffalo anyway. Maybe he'll go to the Giants.

I can't believe im about to post this, but Meshawn would be a good fit for this team. We need a redzone target, and a solid possesion receiver. He seems to have calmed down sense his melt down in Tampa. Him opposite of Evans, blocking down field for lynch. It would be a solid move.

Good. Marv is building a young, close-knit, cohesive team of high character guys.

They don't need one of the league's top 5 MSPs* to poison the locker room.

*Most Selfish Player He seemed to be a better citizen in Dallas and Carolina, he sounds like a intelligent person with his work on NFL radio and Espn.

Talent wins football games.

Talent alone does not win championships.

Talent wins football games. a mix of attitude, coaching, and talent wins games. If you suffer in any of three areas makes for a long year.

Seems to me the last team interested is the most important one.

And we suffer from a lack of talent

Keshawn would be a good player for the short term.
He'd be a MUCH more reliable option that Peerless Price, and maybe next year we can get a future #2 WR. Parrish or Reed sure as hell aint it.

I would only hope his attitude rubs off on the younger players.

There are reportedly 4 teams showing interest (http://blogs.charlotte.com/panthers/):

Word is there might be a pretty good market for him. The Eagles, Chargers, Giants and Titans are rumored to be among the teams that are at least thinking about pursuing Johnson.

He's a good fit on any of those teams.

it's kinda like the difference between the being guy who gets a woman's phone number and being the guy who gets breakfast in bed. or something.

Did the Titans get a RB? For a team with so much promise after last year they look worse.

Talent wins football games.
I think a combination of talent, heart, intelligence, chemistry, competitiveness, and teamwork wins football games.

Talent alone is almost never enough.

Henry was even a backup in high school.

You would have a melt down in TAMPA too if GRUDEN was your coach. He has ridden every good player out of TAMPA....Ask Lynch how he feels...
