All: The new Billszone site with the updated software is scheduled to be turned on Tuesday, May 21, 2024. The company that built it, Dynascale, estimates a FOUR HOUR shut down, from 8pm Pacific, (5pm Eastern) while they get it up and running. Nobody will be able to post in any forum until they are done. Afterwards, you may need to do a web search for the site, as old links will not work, because the site is getting a new IP address. Please be patient. If there are bugs, we will tackle them one at a time. Remember the goal is to be up and running with no glitches by camp. Doing this now assures us of that, because it gives us all summer to get our ducks in a row. Thank you!
I remember that one fateful day when Coach took me aside. I knew what was coming. "You don't have to tell me," I said. "I'm off the team, aren't I?" "Well," said Coach, "you never were really ON the team. You made that uniform you're wearing out of rags and towels, and your helmet is a toy space helmet. You show up at practice and then either steal the ball and make us chase you to get it back, or you try to tackle people at inappropriate times."
It was all true what he was saying. And yet, I thought something is brewing inside the head of this Coach.
He sees something in me, some kind of raw talent that he can mold. But that's when I felt the handcuffs go on.
I'm going to say it now. I'm really concerned about him becoming the Doug Flutie of the NFL. Great in college but not in the Pros.
I'm not questioning his heart at all. But I am concerned that he's not going to be that good at the next level. He belonged in the second round, not sure that he warranted the trade up to get him either.
When Wilson introduced him to the Media on Monday he said "His name is Paul"!
Implying to me that he wasn't a fan of the nickname, Poz or Puz.
I like saying his entire last name as Poz sounds too much like Boz and we don't want him to be like Boz!

Ralph is old and borderline senile and can't pronounce his name. He didn't imply anything.
