nice to see the homers are out in drones. I'm not about to bash the management and coaching staff of this organization because they may just have some great long term vision and bring us a winner...but it's not going to be this year. Carry on.

The funny thing is that when we actually do make the playoffs the homers will say they told us so even though they have said the same thing for the last 7 years. Even if that time comes 3 years from now.

I want this team to win. They are not winning, so I am critical. I don't see what the problem is with that.
I hate it how people here defend every ****ing player on our team even though we're not winning. Wire, Stamer, Reed, Price, Royal- guys who do NOTHING and yet, when someone like me wants an improvement, everyone rushes to defend the same guys who aren't helping the team win. I'll never understand that.Comment

The thing is, I'm not in Buffalo 24/7 so I don't know what's best for the team. I have trust in Marv. I think he's at least bringing respectability back to Buffalo first off-the-field, and now on-the-field.Comment

It's no fun to be a fan if you can't be optimistic and hope for the best. I think we're building a good, young team which just might surprise some people.
Look at the Indians and Brewers in MLB - and conversely, the Yankees.Should have known, way back in 1960 when we drafted Richie Lucas Number 1, that this would be a long, hard ride. But who could have known it would be THIS bad?

I'm not expecting miracles, or a miracle season... I just stay optomisitc about improvements from our young players and team chemistry.
I expect growing pains, and another season of ups and downs... what I look for is that improving consistency with the occasional signs of greatness.. Something our young team can really build off of.
I do feel a 7-9 season with a strong finish at the end is a positive. We lost a few key players and some hard to replace experience on D but we should be better and more consistent on O.
I may be a homer but I'm also a realist.
