NHL won't announce the schedule until all series are complete... so as soon as Detroit/San Jose is done they'll announce it. I would say Wednesday or Thursday at the earliest if Detroit closes out the Sharks tomorrow.

Ottawa will no doubt bring a challenge to Buffalo. This isn't the half-assed Sens of the past 10 years, this is newer, fiercer Ottawa team. That being said, Buffalo will hopefully take it to them much harder than they did in the Rangers series. I don't think that Emery is nearly as good a goalie as Lundqvist is, so Buffalo should hopefully be able to exploit that.

The worst part, though, is Anaheim will be waiting in the Cup Final for Buffalo, should they advance...Yes, I'm putting Anaheim over Detroit or SJ--Why change my tune after all season saying it? ;)

I think the Sens are the second best team in the east but Miller is playing much better than Emery...No one said this was easy...Bring it on Ottawa

not likely. Playoff games are too important to get five minute majors. Plus, we're not even dressing Peters and I don't know their roster that well, but they may not even dress Chris Neil- he's the goon that took the cheap shot at Drury to start the whole thing off.

Also, the Sabres and Senators had some regular season contests after that and nothing really happened.

As tough as Ottawa is, I think NJ would be an even tougher matchup for us. This should be a fast-paced, high scoring series.

keep in mind the later games in the season we didn't have our whole lineup either and that last game was a fluke Miller came out to play the puck and it hit a partition in the glass and bounced right to Spezza and he put it in the open net.
Now this team is whole again with no injured players I think we can skate with them. Just find a way to contain Heatley, Spezza and get into Emery's head and we'll be fine.
