10:59 PT: ESPN.com’s Len Pasquarelli reports the Miami Dolphins have signed free agent CB Terrell Buckley (Patriots). The deal is believed to be a one-year contract for the veteran minimum base salary of $755,000.

That's a steal for him. I wish we could've gotten him for that price. It will only count like 450k against the cap too.

They could have an "agreement" that the guy gets a new contract when the 'Fins get a little more solvent.
