All: The new Billszone site with the updated software is scheduled to be turned on Tuesday, May 21, 2024. The company that built it, Dynascale, estimates a FOUR HOUR shut down, from 8pm Pacific, (5pm Eastern) while they get it up and running. Nobody will be able to post in any forum until they are done. Afterwards, you may need to do a web search for the site, as old links will not work, because the site is getting a new IP address. Please be patient. If there are bugs, we will tackle them one at a time. Remember the goal is to be up and running with no glitches by camp. Doing this now assures us of that, because it gives us all summer to get our ducks in a row. Thank you!
AFC East beats that.
2. AFCE: Maroney, Lynch, Thomas, Brown
OK, I can see your point, but it is really hard for me to argue with two RBs that haven't been full time starters (one being a rookie that hasn't doesn't have a carry in the league yet), one new to a team, and one that looked average at best last year. If you want to go on potential I can have that argument. You are better off with another division.
Addai will get more touches this year and put up like 1400 yards without sharing the load with Rhodes.
Jones-Drew is a special player and a guy who one day could very easily be a top 3 back in this league. Fred Taylor is still no slouch either.
Ahman Green while getting up there is a multi-dimension threat for the Texans.
Lendale White is a huge question mark which puts this division below the two mentioned as the top in my opinion. But he has the potential to be great if he has the heart, desire and diet lol
its gonna be very hard to argue that the division with the 2 most productive rb;s the past 2 years isnt the best.
but for arguments sake how about the NFC West:
Gore
Shaun
Edge
Jackson
TOp to bottom, thats a wicked list. Edge isnt what he used to be, but he is solid.
Gore - I'll give you, but it will be interesting to see if he can do it again.
Alexander - Injured too much, might be losing a step or two.
Edge - Not anymore.
Jackson - I'll give you, I've liked him since his college days.
