According to Jim Trotter of the San Diego Union Tribune (http://www.signonsandiego.com/uniontrib/20070512/news_1s12nflnotes.html).
Seau played surprisingly well for the Pats at ILB last year and I'm glad he is coming back. However, since he hasn't made it through a full season since 2001 and has only averaged 9 games a year over the last 3 seasons due to injuries, it is likely he is only along for part of the ride.

It looks like the Pats are trying to break the record for most players who get injured during a season. All they need to do is add RB Chris Brown.

Good. He'll take a roster spot from a younger player.
But he does fit in nicely with the Pats' geriatric LB corps.
