Based on the highlight tapes I watch I am simply in love Marshawn Lynch..

I think the guy is already a top 10 RB, and just looks more explosive than Adrian..

Adrian Peterson reminds me a lot of Eddie George.. He runs too high, and that will give him some serious injury problems at the next level..

Marshawn is simply the more prolific runner..

well, a guy actually has to play before he is top 10 anything.

I don't know if Lynch is better than Peterson, but to be honest, I don't really care.

He should be an improvement over what we have and a great player for our team- whether or not he ends up being better than Peterson is irrelevant as long as he plays well for us.

Oh **** NWF thought this about McGahee too.

Marshawn Lynch will make Buffalo forget who Thurman Thomas is after Week 5...

That's my prediction..

I don't know why I'm bothering to reply to your posts, but when Marshawn is named NFL MVP and leads the league in yds from scrimmage for a few years, *maybe* he can enter the discussion with Thurman.

Silent thread for Marshawn, 232 predicted this about McGahee and we all saw how that turned out.

I just hope he's better than ungrateful bastard maker McGahee.

Anything more than 990 yards will be an improvement. Oh and if he picks up one or two blocks, he will equal McGahee's performance by week 1.

You mean the Eddie George who ran for over 10,000 yards in the NFL, the 16th leading rusher in NFL history?

Yeah, he probably will only be that good.

However, the highlights you posted make it clear that Marshawn Lynch is better than Barry Sanders and Walter Payton combined.

Of the two I think AP is better (which to say AP is better is not an insult to Lynch)

But for this particular team and what I assume fairchild is trying to do; I think Lynch is the better fit.

Lynch is a better all around RB than Peterson and will have a longer, more prosperous career.

Peterson isn't even the second best back in this draft.

Jesus are you lot high?

Look I like Lynch enough.....but most years Lynch is a 2nd round back. Peterson is a blue chipper most any year he comes out including next.

Just because hes got a buffalo on the helmet doesnt make him the greatest ever.
Good lord.

I think Lynch has the talent to make an impact, but there is a whole lot of things that can go wrong and who knows what your Oline will do, only time will answer those qusetions.

better than Thurman Thomas just after week 5? This is the funniest thing I'[ve read on a message board in quite some time. Even as a Dolphins fan, that's some funny stuff.

That's my prediction..While I hope Lynch has tremendous success out of the box- only head injury victims with memory loss will forget Thurman.

Do you qualify?

I've been saying he is better since McGahee left, go back and read my posts.

Lynch is the superior back.

We agree on something. I think we got the number 1 back in the draft. In the end that might not be saying much when the 2008 draft comes around.
