This is the time when the idle-ing engines tend to make the most noise.

This is when you find things to complain about and work to make the issues major ones when many are pretty small.

I plead to you my friends, do not go quietly into the darkness! Stand up and support your team! We are on the rise, yet we have not fully risen...I am aroused. We must flee from the tyranny of negativity.
