I just wanted to pay a tribute to my favorite hockey team and the year they gave back to the city, hopefully an even better one next year. Even if there isn't, they're still my team.

The thought is great. I will be extremely let down if they lose tomorrow but regardless, Buffalo will ALWAYS be my team no matter what.

Dozer made a good point today (or yesterday). Everyone is going nuts talking about dismantling the team if they lose and we don't realize what we have. I'd rather have the Sabres doing what they do right now then going on a decade without the playoffs at all.

True, the way I see it is, I've liked them before they were good and I'll still like em when they aren't good anymore. Besides, maybe the jerseys will get cheaper and more tickets for games will be available next year ;)
