    Marc Ross, the Bills Director of College Scouting, has been hired by the NY Giants for the same position.

        Philadelphia. He was in Philly for 7 years before being hired by the Bills in the spring of 2005.

                      Next question:

                      Exactly how much credit does this guy get for bringing in some of these late round picks? Is it him, the scouts themselves, or do we simply have better talent evaluation at the coaching level?
