All: The new Billszone site with the updated software is scheduled to be turned on Tuesday, May 21, 2024. The company that built it, Dynascale, estimates a FOUR HOUR shut down, from 8pm Pacific, (5pm Eastern) while they get it up and running. Nobody will be able to post in any forum until they are done. Afterwards, you may need to do a web search for the site, as old links will not work, because the site is getting a new IP address. Please be patient. If there are bugs, we will tackle them one at a time. Remember the goal is to be up and running with no glitches by camp. Doing this now assures us of that, because it gives us all summer to get our ducks in a row. Thank you!
This is only a test
There is work to be done and things to be learned. We are going to try to get the old look back - or something close to it. We also know there are bugs. A thread will be started to report bugs and then we can pass those onto the host.
Thank you for all the patience and support with this - hopefully this will greatly reduce the crashes and other site issues we have had lately.
Please use this thread to report any issues you come across

Bills DT John McCargo still isn't healed from his broken foot.
Buffalo may not be counting on a big contribution from its 2006 first-rounder, having acquired Darwin Walker and retained restricted FA Tim Anderson.
Anthony Thomas ran with the first-team offense as the Bills opened their second day of Organized Team Activities on Tuesday.
Shaud Williams rotated in while Dwayne Wright and Marshawn Lynch rotated with the twos. It would be a huge upset if Thomas kept the starting job, but he's the early favorite over Wright to be Lynch's primary backup in 2007.
Great. If they're not counting on a big contribution from him this year, I'm not going to be too happy about a first-round pick being shelved for most of his first two seasons.

The guy actually mentioned the possibility of Thomas winning the starting job simply because the rookies took a back seat during the first OTA's. It was merely to give the rookies a view of how things are run before getting them into their proper place in the rotation.
As for McCargo, I would bet this is a case of playing it safe with a young player and making sure he is 100% before throwing him into the trenches. Why would there be no mention of this at all before now?
If he is recovering from his surgery after he first broke his foot with the Bills, it's not good news. If he had more surgery sometime recently, I'm not as worried.
Every single day from here on out that he misses is another day he does not get valuable experience. He's not a vet, it's not like he can miss all of camp and preseason and come in with all cylindars running. He has yet to play a full season, so he is almost a rookie...rookie and a half, i guess you could call it. When run-D was so horrible last year, it's not encouraging that already, a guy that was looked upon to really step up is still recovering in a key spot for the main weakness of the defense last year.
Him and Williams were the main points of the D...when you have Triplett not showing up and you got Darwin cryin for more money...and god forbid Tim Anderson still being on the roster when final cuts come...it's not encouraging.
You might see our 6th round DT beating out our 1rst round DT.
1) This is from "Rotoworld" who gets their info from BB.com which says
"McCargo is still rehabbing from offseason foot surgery, and worked with the training staff on the sideline Tuesday doing some balance drills to get used to being on his own two feet again."
2) They say nothing about this being the reason they got Walker - and, if Walker was such a big deal, why no new contract for him?
3) Have you ever posted something and actually commented on it? I like to post news as well, but almost every one of your posts is simply a quote - I also like the preview feature when you roll over a post title.
4) It's May.
I'm not happy McCargo isn't healthy either, but posting analysis from a fantasy football site where their source is bb.com -- from which they then twist that analysis -- isn't very productive for the likely s#@storm it's going to create.
