Now that the Sabres are eliminated, will you watch the Stanley Cup Finals?

If it reaches the point where the Senators are facing an elimination game, I'll watch. But otherwise I won't be watching- I don't want to see those ****heads win.

When the sabres aren't in the plays or they make a early exit i can watch the series, but not when we so deep. With the weather so nice i'll find something else to do.

What's the point? The team I wanted to win is no longer playing. Therefore, I don't give a crap which team wins.

Absolutely, played hockey since I was 3, haven't missed a cup finals game since. I also played with and against Terry Marchant...so that gives me another reason to route against Ottawa.

You guys are funny I am a sabres fan just as much as you guys. But as this site shows I guess most of you aren't HOCKEY fans. Hell yea I will watch the finals and the 2 best teams are playing.

Quite a flight for both teams Anaheim to Ottawa......Alot of miles will be flown.....That sad that some of you guys won't watch, I gues you can watch re runs of the SIMPSON'S then...........SAD

I'm a Penguins fan, and still watched playoffs after ottawa eliminated them. Because, I'm a HOCKEY fan. Suck it up, go up to your local bar, throw down a few bars and enjoy the end of the hockey season!

If the Sabres have not come so close to winning the Cup I would watch it but it will bring back the memories of what could of been if I watched it. I don't watch much TV. I just will find something better to do with my time.
Its different if you are a Pens fan. The Pens were no serious threat to win the cup. They were good enough to go deep but not win it. If the Sabres and Pens roles were reversed then I would watch it.

If you'll watch the superbowl with the bills out since 93, why wouldnt you watch the stanley cup finals?

I won't go out of the way to see them. I won't plan on watching the games, but If I am home I will watch them before I watch anything else. I have a ball game on Mondays and I won't race home to watch.

Hmmm - being told I must be a pseudo-fan because of how I answered a poll, i.e. - because of my opinion. On a message board.

Do you watch the superbowl?

The Super Bowl is much bigger than the NHL finals, that and it is only one game.

I'll probably watch a game or two, but I won't be glued to the TV every night.

At this point, everytime I try to watch hockey, I cannot get that effin' series outta my brain. Three 1 goal losses, two of them in overtime on our home ice, is enough reason for me to be as bitter as I am. I love hockey so much, but not enough to get over my dismay. Seriously, us getting beat by the Sen's is still a very tough pill to swallow. I can't believe we're not in it....

It's either that or NBA Playoffs... I'll probably watch as long as there isn't something else on that I deem must see TV. I just won't care nearly as much as I was hoping I might.

Honestly you cant get that Ottawa was better then Buffalo out of your mind. BOTTOM line OTTAWA wanted it more......This was easier of a loss then last year when I know BUFFALO was way better then Carolina (THAT HURT)!!!!!
