2007-2008 will be the season the Sabres win the cup. They will finish behind Ottowa and Jersey in points but will win the conference playoffs to meet Anaheim next year in the finals.
Anaheim goes down.

My prediction:
The Sabres get our hopes up throughout the season only to crush them again with a lack of effort in the Eastern Conference Finals.

And then the Bills trounce the Saints to win the 2009 Super Bowl, and for at least a couple of months both of the big trophies reside in Buffalo simultaneously.

yeah it had nothing to with the fact Ottawa was the better team from January on......

The regular season means jack ****. It's obvious Ottawa was the better team in the series, thanks for your input. Buffalo did not show up for games 1 & 3 and never really played desperate hockey until their playoff hopes were on the line. Ottawa had one line that were difference makers, Buffalo had none and that was the decider.

I suppose you think Emery is better than Miller as well? :candle:
