    So Last Night on NFLN

    Was the freaking 72 Fins.

Boy, I'd like to put a slug in Larry Csonka's forehead.

Kuchenburg was the one that bugged me most.

After the Bills beat Miami in the 1980 opener, he couldn't stop babbling how the loss was the low point of his career and the Bills were still a bad team. ( won division and went 11-5 that season ). He also was one of those yearly champagne drinkers after the last undefeated team lost a game, keeping the '72 Fins record intact.

So now, every year, he gets passed over for the HOF (which royally burns him, I've read) and I toast his exclusion.

    Sometimes Karma gets it right.

Was Kuchenberg the same guy on the NFL Films special from the famous San Diego-Miami game where Kellen Winslow got carried off the field that said something like 'Never one time in my career did I ever get carried off the field'? That is so funny.

I think it was. I laugh every year Kuchenberg doesn't make it too.

I wish you would have done it in '72.
