As the Buffalo Bills' first-round selection in the 2007 NFL Draft, Marshawn Lynch became the second running back taken in the draft at No. 12 overall. Averaging one touchdown per game played at the University of California, Lynch talks about his stellar college career and how important his mother is to him in this Q&A.

Q: What do you know about Buffalo and what did you like about your visit?

A: To tell you the truth, I didn't really know too much about Buffalo. When I got there, I found out that Canada was seven miles away and I heard that they get a lot of snow. Other than that, it's going to be a new experience that I'm ready for and ready to learn.

Guess he didn't major in Geography.

Dwayne Wright was a fourth-round selection by the Buffalo Bills in the 2007 NFL Draft. After battling through a torn patella tendon in his left knee, Wright went on to become a standout running back for Fresno State, becoming the school's third-ranked rusher and ranking 11th in the nation with an average of 140.3 all-purpose yards per game in 2006. He talks about his past and future in Buffalo in this Q&A.

Q: Why did you attend community college for one season and not play football?

A: Out of high school, I had a full scholarship to Washington State, but then Coach Price wanted me to come to Alabama. But I just stayed at Fresno State and only played one year of junior college ball, so I had three years left to play. I was highly productive there too.

Q: Will your mom come to Buffalo?

A: My mom doesn't know too much about Buffalo. My mom works for a telephone company so I looked for a telephone company there where she can work and I asked if they have a bingo hall down there. They told me that they had a bingo hall and a telephone company there, so my mom is going to be solid.
