Time Warner replace NFL Network with Sports NY.

well if you do look at its name sportsnet NY....
it is the official home of the jets/mets and covers all nyc area sports

as far as the NFL network........ i just really havent seen why its so big..... when i was in buffalo, yeah it was nice for footage and coverage during hte week, but other than that... didn't really do anything for me

agreed. Until they stop their Patriots/Cowboys and big market team bias, the NFL Network will be just another ESPN. :ill:

I've watched it a few times and I was bored and annoyed each time. It's very overrated.

I didnt even know NFL Network was on Time Warner.. Id idnt get it.

I actually like the SportsChannel NY. Then again, I follow a lot of the New York teams .

I'll tell you what the NFL network does for me; it makes it so I can't watch NFL games scheduled on Saturdays or Thursdays anymore. I can't get a satellite dish where I live, so I miss a bunch of games, and it totally pisses me off.

Sportsnet NY has been on my Time Warner, in the Buffalo area, since September. I don't mind it, but I'd much rather have NFL Net.

THat's 8 games that I'll miss. I love the Saturday and Thursday games at night. I hate the NFL network. They have to stop this crap. They've officially ruined 8 of my nights this year. I can't take it.

They did that back in September for the WNY market. Needless to say I haven't watched channel 25 since then.

The situation is no better in KCMO, we get metrosports, really I don't care about the high school or DII or DIII game of the week. I want some NFL football.
