Those things are TOO big. Get them sweaty during a game and he'll have trouble hanging onto the ball. :-P

Are you literally a twig? I hold my arm up to that picture and it's at least 10 times bigger. :::

Ah, Micheal Pittman is bigger than Thomas Jones and look at him.

Who cares what his arms look like? It's the legs that matter.

Agreed but it's not like he's an athletic freak who hasn't produced, such as that photo Grey displayed with Pittman.

Jones is the real deal.

Good points. It seems like all 4 AFC east teams did a fairly good job this offseason. It'll be real interesting to see which team overachieves like the Jets did last year.

1335 yards in 2005, 1210 yards last year, and ran for 123 yards and 2 TD's in the NFC championship, and 112 in the Super Bowl, pretty much the only Bear who showed up that game.

Jones is going to be a stud for the Jets.

He backed up Michael Pittman in both Arizona and Tampa Bay. He was a "bust" in both places before going to Chicago.

And to think, last season, with a worse QB, he logged 5.0 yards-per-carry and 109 yards against us w/ a long of only 14.

The Jets will be somewhat improved this season too.

Yup. We're doomed. Let's just forfeit the season right now.

Very substantive.

I'll have to ponder that!

Hey I bet I can get some pretty good blue cheese around here to go with your wing sauce. Wanna partner up?

I could very well get some authentic curds for you. Interested?

At some point all that muscle has to affect your play...and not in a good way.

He is ripped but is human. Muscle spasms, soreness and a general rest after each game will keep him a little trimmer. Diet has ALOT to do with how these guys look, add in the genes and a some extra legal tricks (HGH) and you have a monster. Most of the NFL guys have the strength to take care of a runner's legs, regardless of upper body strength.

yup. and I'm more concerned about leg muscles when it comes to a runner although upper body muscles help upon impact.

i seen that in the paper, and well, i seen him play in chicago too, he was built then too as well....

our offense will defintely be improved, and it may actually help the dink/dunk game, especially since noodle arm is still better than grossman/chicago qb2-3-4
