FHP: QB Culpepper injures non-throwing hand in crash on Sawgrass

CORAL SPRINGS -- Miami Dolphins quarterback Daunte Culpepper injured his non-throwing hand in a two-vehicle crash Wednesday night.

The collision occurred about 10:30 p.m. on the Sawgrass Expressway at mile marker 18, said Lt. Mike Brown, Florida Highway spokesman. Culpepper was driving westbound in a 1975 Chevy Caprice when he collided with an unidentified driver in a Chevy Avalanche.

I've been at UCF (Daunte's alma mater) for the entire 21st century, so I've always rooted for Daunte (except while he was a Fin). Hopefully he's alright and lands on his feet and finds a nice fit with some team. BTW, driving in Miami absolutely blows.

1975 Chevy Caprice With all the money he has? Why? Sure they ride nice, (dad had one) but they aren't exactly sharp looking cars.

My Dad had a caprice. That car is built like a tank.
