**3rd Payout- The owner of the square to the bottom of the winning square-$1,960

**In the event that there is not a square above or beneath the winning square, then we'll go from left to right of the winning square. If there is nobody to the left of the winning square, then the person who owns the square to the right of it will win the payout.

We have a little while before the finals, no need to raise the limit to 10 just yet. I plan on raising the entry limit a week before the game if they're not sold out. I think they should with such a huge payout. There's gonna be some rich MF's after this :D
