All: The new Billszone site with the updated software is scheduled to be turned on Tuesday, May 21, 2024. The company that built it, Dynascale, estimates a FOUR HOUR shut down, from 8pm Pacific, (5pm Eastern) while they get it up and running. Nobody will be able to post in any forum until they are done. Afterwards, you may need to do a web search for the site, as old links will not work, because the site is getting a new IP address. Please be patient. If there are bugs, we will tackle them one at a time. Remember the goal is to be up and running with no glitches by camp. Doing this now assures us of that, because it gives us all summer to get our ducks in a row. Thank you!

Looks like Spikes has his eye on what he will do when his playing days are over.
Eagles | Spikes goes to broadcasting camp
Thu, 21 Jun 2007 13:05:49 -0700
Steve King, of the Philadelphia Daily News, reports Philadelphia Eagles LB Takeo Spikes participated in an NFL broadcasting boot camp Wednesday, June 20.
No offense to Spikes, who has been a warrior on the field, but there are a lot of players who are more articulate in an interview, Derrick Dockery for instance.
I've made up my mind. Don't confuse me with the facts.
I'm the most reasonable poster here. If you don't agree, I'll be forced to have a hissy fit.
He has to realize he just can't yell all the time.
When does Spikes yell? Every time I've seen an interview with him, he's been calm. I think he'll be a good TV guy, certainly better than Shannon Sharpe and Deion Sanders.
