Miami Dolphins Player Arrested on South Beach

Frederick Evans, No. 62, defensive tackle of the Miami Dolphins was arrested this weekend on Miami Beach, according to police, and tasers were used to subdue him.........

The report states one officer was bitten on his left wrist and received several bruises, a second officer received bruises to her left knee.

The charges against him: battery on a police officer, disorderly conduct, resisting with violence, and trespassing.

He's obviously really wants to be a Dolphin, so much so he had to assault a woman, too.

Evans' arrest doesn't bode well for his future with the Dolphins, as first-year Dolphins head coach Cam Cameron has repeatedly emphasized his commitment to fill his roster with players of high character who stay out of trouble away from the field.

"We are aware that Fred Evans was arrested this morning,'' Cameron said in a team-released statement. "We will not condone this type of behavior. I assure everyone it will be dealt with seriously.''

I don't think a trade can be made, because none of the Dolphins or Bengals can leave their town's until their trials.

Yeah Mikey. Comparing punching another huge NFL player to biting and brusing Police men and women. I am sure it had to do with the fact he is a so-called scrub. He wouild have likely seen a bit of playing time behind Traylor this year

I'm sure Dick and Marv would just go ahead and cut JP or Evans (important player) just like they would a 3rd string guy
