I read his house about 2 weeks ago for the water authority. There was no sign at all. Their landscaping was terrible, it was disgusting. Usually you do up your property if you are preparing to sell it, no?

Brieres house is relatively small in the first place. It is nice, but not big like the other homes in his neighborhood.

But I also realize that we are in the salary cap era of the NHL and if they break the bank on these guys they are going to screw themselves over in a few years when the others are due. I don't want to see that happen. The front office not only has to plan for this year, but they have to look towards the future as well. That is the way I'm looking at it anyways.
