Friend called me tonight & said his wife drove by DB house (they live by him) and lo and behold this new twist.

Safe to say this guy is moving.

There was no sign in his yard since I read that a little while back, this is a new sign just put up.

I read his house about 2 weeks ago for the water authority. There was no sign at all. Their landscaping was terrible, it was disgusting. Usually you do up your property if you are preparing to sell it, no?

Brieres house is relatively small in the first place. It is nice, but not big like the other homes in his neighborhood.

I know exactly where he lives soooo, skoob... what street does he live on?

Letting all 3 go or even 2 of them would kill this team this year.
