Just wanted to start a thread with talk WITHOUT the 2 guys we may lose!!!!!!
I still think the Sabres are a playoff team I know there is a few of you that think the only reason we were good was because of those 2 GUYS!!!!!!!!
YES, they are good and YES we will miss them but guess what Sabre fans we need to move on. This team is still loaded with Talent on the team and in Rochester. Some guys will have to step up and us fans will just have to keep rooting for our team. Remember this team does play in the EAST, and that being said is weaker then the more physical play in the WEST...... With the system that is in place those 2 GUYS may make some more $$$$ somewhere else but will regret leaving this system that made them SUPERSTARS!!!!!!!
The way the NHL is now we will see salaries going up and up every year and that Scares me. Last year Marty St Louis was signed for $5.25 mill a year and Lacavier was signed for $7 mill a year. Just think what guys like that would make this year if they were FA. What will Crosby and Iginla want when they are FA????
