yes it does...they never said if they were going to spend $45 million of actual money or if they had a "salary cap" of $45 million...huge difference. Philly is going to pay DB $10 million this year but it is only $6.5 on the cap...the Sabres could afford $6.5 million on the cap but not the $10 million in cash.Originally posted by chernobylwraiths
