see, this is the difficult thing about sports.
Sports teams are essentially corporations. With any other corporation, if they **** up, you just stop dealing with them and go to a competitor.
However, with sports teams there is an element of loyalty. When the product is crap, only bandwagoners jump ship. This, unfortunately, leaves very few mechanisms for the fans to express displeasure with the way things are being run. If we stop buying tickets and merch, then the team has no money to improve and may eventually leave town. If we don't stop buying tickets and merch, the team still profits and thus has no incentive to invest in improvements.

Season Tix are not refundable. Lets see what the renewal rate is come next year though.
