No one in Edmonton is too happy with Lowe now either. He embarrassed the city, the team and the league with his boneheaded attmepted move on Vanek.

If you liked the team because they are comparable to Buffalo, market size, unattractability, financial picture, etc, please don't take your disdain towards Lowe out on the team. He is only one man and does not represent the team as a whole.

Thanks nbf! I was wondering how everyone's reaction was in Edmonton. First, the guy cried like a baby who needed his diaper changed when he lost out on Nylander and then he started telling everybody how Darcy was a whiner because of that ridiculous kick in the balls offer. He knew that he had no chance to get Vanek. But he did it anyway. What a piece of ****!

BTW, I still say that if he wanted to go after a RFA and have a chance at it...he should have gone after Lundqvist, but him and the GM in NY have a good relationship and he doesn't want to **** that up. :rolleyes:
