You are right and this is the biggest issue - why are football players (I am talking about all football players not just Miami) making big bucks taking chances with their careers when they can get a cab or even bring one of their "friends" with him and let him drive Just seems like too much money to risk.

THey assign points based ont he severity of an event.. felony arrest = x, misdemeanor = y, felony conviction = z.. etc
