13:39 PT: The Winston Salem Journal reports Carolina Panthers GM Marty Hurney said that he expects free agent WR Kevin Dyson (Titans) to make his decision on whether or not to accept a contract offer from the Panthers by the end of this week. Dyson also is considering offers from Buffalo and Washington. Hurney also said that the signing of WR Ricky Proehl was "not related to" the pursuit of Dyson.
