I think it may becoming clear that the ownership ordeal did have a big effect on how they were playing. I don't know if it was just something that was subconscious only for the players, or whether it was effecting everyones performance (ie. lindy ruff). But now that this ownership opera has seen its final act, I think we can all see just how this team can play. Granted we lost to Tampa and Carolina, but that wasn't based on gameplay, those losses were chalked up to too many stupid mistakes. In general this team is playing with more heart and soul and I think part of that is due to Golisano.

Warrener went out fairly early in the second period. He staggered to the wrong bench at first, maybe another concussion. :(

Max's fight was AWESOME ! And Briere's goal looked just like his first one. That kid is gonna bring something special to this team.

BG43......Atlanta. ;)

If he is now getting concussions from backhand shots along the boards that hit him in the helmet.......I think it's time we consider him damaged goods!

We got rid of Patty because he couldn't get hit without getting a concussion and the whole city idolized him....time to give ole Rhett the same heave ho!

I wouldn't be surprised he has problems with this for a long time.
