Making the greatest impression in the spring camps this offseason was Webster, a late free agent signee, who was released by Atlanta after they drafted cornerback Chris Houston in round two of the NFL draft this past spring.
Bills head coach Dick Jauron told Buffalobills.com that Webster exceeded even his expectations.
"I like Jason," said Jauron. "We were leaning heavily on Kiwaukee, Ashton and Jabari, but to get a guy that has started more than 60 games in the National Football League that has the quality, performance level and character level of Jason, I couldn't be happier with how it fits us. It was big."
