On the empire sports report they just reported that Ralph Wilson stated today that Adams has his FINAL offer on the table. When asked if there is any more room for negociating Wilson answered "No, if he does not accept this, he will not be a Bill".....so i am assuming, according to this V-coach, that he accepted the offer and will sign tomorrow.

Well on another board someone (before Mackey posted) said this same information. But has questionable validity. Another poster, who has v-coach, said that he got no such message, although he could have been out of the area when it was sent. I have yet to see confirmation from two people who have said they saw it first hand.

I recieved this message at 10:49pm....i, too, just saw it on finheaven so who knows. If this is not true i will be pissed, but im not messing around. If it is wrong im sorry for getting everyones hope up, but seeing as how this has been one of the biggest topics of discussion over the past 2 weeks i thought it would be important that i post this, regardless of the final outcome.

I wouldn't count on this post. When Verizon sends out its text alerts (I have V-Coach plus many others), it goes to all who select which topics to receive updates on at the same time. The service is very accurate and has never been wrong about Bills Info. Seeing that neither I nor my friend who has the Bills Alerts from V-Coach didn't get the message, I wouldn’t get our hopes up too high.
