After undergoing two surgeries since breaking his foot last October, Bills DT John McCargo has been medically cleared for training camp.
McCargo, a first-round pick last year, will battle incumbent Kyle Williams for the starting job at nose tackle, next to three technique Larry Tripplett.

Sweet, we really need him to be a force this year, hopefully its him and Tripplett starting this year and playing to their full potential. I can't freaking wait for camp to start!

Now if Darwin Walker would just get over his brain cramp, we'd be in good shape.

Now if he can just stay healthy.

This is going to be the trick, he's healthy we are in a better spot. We needed help back there, lets all say a prayer.

In order to be in good shape, we need to get rid of Tim Anderson. That's it.

somebody needs to run this with OP first. He knows whether they are lying or not.

I wonder if he's at the weight he needs to be. He suppsoedly got heavier, I hope it's muscle.

McCargo could be the piece in the puzzle that allows our defense to mature and at least hold up against the run, we will see

Spikes was cleared to practice last year and we saw what that got us for most of the season. I'll wait until I see him play before I get excited.
